WHO WE ARE
We are young Cambodian women.
We are from different fields and backgrounds.
But we all face challenges in our own lives as Cambodian women trying to determine our own future.
We are coming together with one goal.
We want to break down barriers that are imposed by social norms and traditions.
We want to reject negative attitudes that are holding us back, and really start moving forward.
We want to break through the glass ceiling that still exists in leadership and in many sectors of employment.
We want to learn from other women who have made breakthroughs in their own lives.
We want to share our stories and experiences to inspire other women to make a breakthrough.
We believe that this breakthrough only happens if it starts with us. We need to do it now or never.
We believe in standing up for all women; not just for ourselves.
So, we have come together to make a breakthrough for gender equality in Cambodia.
