Sinoun is one of the founding members of the BREAKTHROUGH movement who is a Cambodian girl also a student of master degree.
After graduated from Royal University of Agriculture, she has worked in a research field before working with Logo NGO in media (Peace Journalism) and gender sectors. As women, they get a lot of pressure from society and from the entire world just for being women. Society has restricted women’s power in making most of their decisions. The more she's exposed to the issues surrounding GBV and gender equality, the more she sees that it is so unfair. She wants to break this unjust and bring back an equal world where everyone can be their own self. With Breakthrough, she can reach out more to women and girls through storytelling and sharing experiences.
